i don't get it....he looked great against Ortiz, but i guess since he got caught with a wild hook that didn't phase him BTW? hes declined. against cotto he choose too make that fight harder then it should've been + he didn't look that great at 154 against Oscar either. hes blown up at that weight.

his defense is sharp, he still got some of the fastest hands in the game, and his mind is sharp...where's the decline?

his legs look solid, if a beaten up washed up Mosley can still move well, u don't think Floyd can?

Far from shot. Some of his fans seem to be shaken by Canelo due to his size and power alone so they're going on and on about how he has no legs and isn't sharp and whatnot. He's not in his physical prime but not SO far off from his peak.

Don't think he's shot, his legs are gone and he likes to lean on the ropes more. His style works well for him as he gets older, he still makes guys miss standing in front of them. He's not a middleweight and has no business fighting at 154 when he can't even make the 154 weight limit.

The only way Canelo beats mayweather is because of his power and size advantage. The guy drains down to 154 then rehydrates to 170+, while Floyd is eating junk food and walks in the ring at 151. I want to see the canelo fight but its not fair in a since and wouldn't blame him if they don't fight.

because the guy fights 1 time every year and there are 5 million threads about him in between....they run out of **** to say and most zombies on these boards just regurgitate the thoughts of one opinion since they really dont have one of their own

floyd weighed 159 pounds "walking around weight" for his "big show" fight
another myth that he is some skeleton who doesnt cut some weight

Been a while sine he fought cotto, he weighed in at 151. regardless he's still a little man. Like I said I want to see the canelo fight, floyd would school him and give him a boxing lesson. Canelo has the power to hurt floyd and I think that's what intrigues everyone, its that what if factor. But every boxer wants floyd, even Andre Ward said he would drain down to make a mayweather fight. What makes canelo so special and different from everyone else to deserve a fight?

bc his fanboys (not u obviously ) dont want him to take a risk , and their getting their excuses ready in case he loses or looks bad in his next fight. Theres always excuses , hes too old , too small, he needs a tuneup, steroids, etc. It's laughable.. . dude is still at the top of the sport and hasnt shown any signs of severe decline.

A shot or near shot fighter doesn't perform the way Floyd did that night with a very game Cotto.

Floyd isn't as fast as he once was. The important question is how well can he use his tools to adjust to his age?

Being off for a year and 60 days in jail there are a lot of ?? On how he will perform. Guerrero is coming to fight and will go through any lengths to ruff up floyd. I don't see this being a easy fight, he'll have to box smart and use his tools.
