All access narrator's voice makes it sound low budget. The theme, voice and production quality of 24/7 makes it many times better. All Access has pretty good content which makes it watchable despite its B level production.
I like the hbo narrator hands down even though respect common as well.I thought all access would be better but it's alright, their training vids at the end are amazing though. They need to bring back fight camp 360,the pac-mosely one they did was great & I'm clearly not even pac fan.
I think because Mayweather has been on HBO for awhile everybody is accustomed to it, it will take a couple of fights for everyone to settle in.
24/7 by a large margin. Set the style, the format, better production, better editors, music, narration, writing, etc. All Access is a poor man's 24/7. It seems they did not even try to have their own style. Common sounds out of his comfort zone. The writing is poor. Content wise, it is all the same especially since this is what? PBF's 4th time?
I like both. I think Showtime is improving with their production. However I think the production at HBO boxing all around is better than Showtime boxing. This includes 24/7 being better than All Access.
Doesn't make a difference to me. I enjoy watching both equally. I just don't really care about analyzing production values, narration, storylines, drama, etc. Watching it is no different for me than watching Sportscenter.
Certain showtime episodes have outshined some of the 24/7 narratives that feel a bit forced, but the best of 24/7 beats the best episode(s) of All Access easily. The one refreshing thing about all access was their lack of an overbearing narrator, and they outdid anything bad with Schrieber's scripts with Common's forced shitty voicing. I agree he sounds like he's reading cue cards.
