The only person who can help Khan is himself. Doesn't matter who his trainer is; he will have his work cut out for him. Training someone with a chin that bad and trying to manage Khan's complacency issues is a huge task.

Khan needs to fight a perfect fight and not drop his hands like he did again tonight - Matthyse would have had him out of there early tonight and the top boys at 140 all beat him.
