Theres something that a lot of people on here have a hard time understanding and thats CONSTRUCTIVE fighter bashing and fighter bashing in general. we as FANS have the right to bash fighters for glass chins, bad work ethic/out of the ring habits ETC. we aren't "keyboard warriors" who think we can do any better, simply fans who state their minds. this is not a unique phenomenon you'll only come across in boxing, ALL sports fans are like this. get over it. these guys make hundreds of thousands, even MILLIONS of dollars and we have the right to critique them, bash them etc. stop whining!
But there's also a fine line between criticizing and hating. Some guys who just plain hate a fighter picks on everything and finds nothing good with a certain fighter.
Do you know what the word constructive means? Yes, you have the right to act like a complete and utter tool. No one is denying that.
I was disappointed with Arreola too, Unleash, but I think you went a little too far. Arreola didn't just lay down and quit fighting.
We pay money to watch these guys fight, we can say WHATEVER THE **** WE WANT. Why call me a dick, just though i'd address an issue.
I mean dude, you kind of went full whiner. I thought Fernando Guerrero was going to beat Peter Quillin, but I'm not shouting up and down these forums that Guerrero was a bum. No, the guy was a warrior and got back up. I'm glad for the great rounds of boxing the guy put in. You are taking this way too serious as a fan.
Wow, you sure as hell sounded upset since you went and called Arreola a "disgrace" because the fight didn't turn out the way you wanted it to. I sure as hell thought Arreola would've won, but **** happens.
