Agreed who cares if he's weird got nothing to do with what kind of promoter he is.

You can't take anything said fight week seriously- lots of emotions due to chemical imbalances from both tapering and making weight.

Perhaps Oscar wouldn't have said anything if Zab would have beaten Garcia...

If I were partying with the chicks he was, I'd have probably thrown on some fish nets too.

Honestly, I don't see what the issue is with that at all.

A bunch of sensitive, homophobic pieces of **** who like to judge other peoples' personal lives when their own are likely far more bizarre and unsatisfying.

ok. I really don't know much about it. But he seems to be there like he owns a part in the business. I am a believer that if one promoter does not promote the fight, another one will. The fights will be made. I don't think promoters should get in the way of fights being made. That is wrong.

Oscar is a professional and knows he had to admit a mistake. And nothing wrong with mistakes he will learn from them. Is it true that Shaeffer is the one really in charge of Golden Boy? I don't know much about this stuff, but is that true and Oscar is just the face of it? I don't pay attention to the promoting, I just wait to see the fight signed and wait for fight night, yet that would be interesting to know. Who makes the deals and gets the guys signed?

Hopkins and Mosley each owned 5% of Golden Boy.

Mosley cashed out in order to get the Pacquiao fight with Top Rank.

But I'm pretty sure that Hopkins still has his ownership stake.
