a slight decrease in cards, and better matchmaking would be BETTER for the sport. that way when there is a UFC PPV they don't have to stack it with cans!
The organization has close to 200 fighters. If a top wrestler and BJJ fighter are at about the same place on the ladder, well guess what? The two Contenders are to fight each other. There is a lot you people don't understand. Things could always be better, but no way is the Sport dying.
well thats true, for casuals like you the sport isn't dying just about anything will please people like you. but for hardcore fans such as myself, the quality has clearly declined and the UFC is selling TRASH. I don't want to see cards filled with bums, and if the UFC didn't have a million cards a year that wouldn't be a problem.
and yeah, the UFC needs to clearly trim down their roster a bit. I mean Leonard Garcia as of right now still has a job He will probably get cut after losing last night, but that guy should have been cut when he was still in the WEC!

How many boxing cards have 5 fights with guys you've even heard of, let alone kick off the PPV with a legit top-5 guy? :blood :hat

saying sergio "ran into some trouble" is putting it mildly. also can't agree zab vs garcia was a mismatch. zab was still up there at 140 and can't see how anyone expected garcia to have an easy night. i and a lot of people expected jones to have an ez win and it happened. also wasn't the maghalese fight pretty weak too. that said, the ufc cards have been pretty descent overall lately
