He was robbed of a knockdown, that's for sure.. Close fight, I think he should have won.. Like the Trout fight I don't believe a close fight is a robbery, but Murray wasn't winning on the cards unless he completely dominated like Trout wasn't going to win on the cards.

I see many here gave 4th to Murray i did not and i'm sure he didnt win it, but since he did nothing for first 3 they immediately gave him forth because he started working a little.
Murray just gave away first 4 rounds and 11 simply gave them away...maybe won cler 3 rounds Murray other were very very close and now British fans are bitching here robbery robbery and it wasnt even close to that, close fight nothing more.

It was close and with the knockdown that wasn't a knockdown counted rightfully as the knockdown that it was, I could see a draw, but...bottom line: Murray didn't do enough to take the championship, imo.

Calling that decision a robbery is nothing but hyperbole.

    yes.

sergio is about done. hell been 39 coming off another injury and his fighting style(speed and reflexes)is not conducive for longevity in the lower weights.

i like sergio but cant wait to fade him in his next fight if its in the US.

I completely agree with this. That was a legitimate knockdown.

I had the fight close enough that I can see it going either way. There's no such thing as a robbery in a bout that close. But, an extra point for Murray would have made it a borderline robbery.

that was a very close fight and although it isn't a good thing you can't expect to be given a decision in someones home when it's a close one, that's why you gotta make sure it isn't that close if you're gonna take these kind of fights. murray knew where he was and did an excellent job but he knew himself that if it was close there was no way sergio wasn't getting the nod.
