Will mayweather fall this weekend and put an end to the big four?

There was a time when mayweather, pacquiao,Martinez and donaire were considered on another level above their competition. There was an aura about them, a feeling of invincibility.

Not saying they were hyped or undeserving of their rankings. For one reason or another be it age, wear or meeting the wrong opponent, 3 of these have lost or been made to look even or just barely better then their competition.

Has mayweather's day come as well?

There was never a "big four" to begin with, did you just make that up?

I never thought the other three are invincible. Pac is close who i can only see Floyd and JMM that can beat him (i'm not listing 154lbers) but Martinez and Donaire is riding on a couple of fights in Pavlik and Williams and Vic and Montiell.

They were the clear cut top 4 fighters in the world.

I'm picking Mayweather, but it would be nuts if he lost for all the reasons everybody knows, plus the top echelon would have been cleared out over the course of 12 +/- months.

No he won't. He made sure that his showtime debut will be as safe as possible, so don't worry about a thing and enjoy the one-sided schooling.

The mayweather mosley fought would be a cool schooling.

Now lets see what that extra year has done

Wait a minute, how were those guys clearly a cut above Andre Ward?

In terms of invincibility on todays boxing the big four should be Mayweather, Wladimir, Ward and maybe Rigo but he hasn't got the same aura of invincibility as the three have. really who expects any of them to lose in the near future?

Floyd is sort of disapointing. Why would he say he is the best of all time and fight and handpick Guerrero? Guerrero is a good fighter but not in Floyd's class. Floyd needs more on his resume.

    He didn't.

    Max Kellerman made that up.

Martinez, pacquiao, and Donaire aren't in the same league as Floyd
