I think Floyd is a good fighter. Guerrero's wife had cancer so he will bring it. Floyd might be getting old . Anything could happen. It's boxing. So I will not be shocked at all by any result. Wladimir vs Pineta is gonna be so exciting because Wlad could get knocked out at any time due to his weak chin. It's gonna be an exciting boxing weekend.
Genuinely breathtaking breakdown. I particularly like how you expanded on everything, making very bold predictions throughout.
Floyd can't back the GHOST then he is going rely on his slick style of boxing moving around the ring. But lately he wants to prove that; He has the heart, he has power and has changed his style up a bit. He is more aggressive, not using his feet, choosing instead to stand and bang it out and with mixed results. 1. He got rocked by Mosley. 2. tagged by Cotto and bloodied. 3. Generally gets touched up more than normal. Because he genuinely wants to prove that he can win coming forward in close quarters, WARFARE.When you do this you generally get hit more.I think there will come a time when the two duke it out and it will be Guerrero who looks the weaker of the two, specially when he's tired. The Ghost needs to be in the best shape of his life. Floyd is simply too big, too slick and fast for the Ghost.Floyd tko for me. Ghost hasn't shown me power to trouble Floyd or does he? if he can ROCK Floyd, coz we know Floyd is not going run like Rungundeaux. If he has the power to hurt Floyd then it might get messy for Floyd.
I think we will see flashes of old Floyd this fight, obviously he won't be as elusive in terms of movement but I do think especially with SR in his corner, he will box smart and safely at first for the first 3/4 rounds, by this time Floyd will of worked out RG and begin to break him down with good, hard, scoring shots and body work. Rounds 9-12 I believe Floyd will put on more of a beating and RG will be the one in retreat, I think the referee stops the fight/towel comes in Round 11. RG has to apply intelligent and relentless pressure, however I don't believe RG has the footwork to also trouble Floyd, pressure doesn't mean being chest to chest with Floyd all fight, he needs to be able to keep walking forward moving in quick with his punches, retreat to HIS range, not Floyd's, and surprise Floyd with attacks.
Why do you think Floyd has changed his style? because i am pretty sure its not for the reasons you mentioned, but becuase he knows he isnt as slick and as fast as he once was. Floyd knows he cant make his opponents miss and keep countering them for 12 rounds that is why he has to fight more agressive he knows he has lost a step, and thats why Geurrero is going to give Floyd a real beat down!
RG chris john, you hit me in the eye my eye is bleeding I quit. No Rematch. RG knock down of berto holding and hitting. If Robert Gurrero gets hit and hurt he stops on the stool.
I don't agree that Floyd's going to lose, but I agree that his style change wasn't by choice. Time catches up to all fighters and Floyd is no exception.
It wasn't Chris John it was Daud Yordan who Robert quit against. He got his beat by Orlando Salido aswell, people will say well Salido was on peds?I say who gives a **** Robert is naturally a much bigger guy anyway.Salido is a one dimensional slugger and Robert only managed to win one round against him,he got outboxed, out slugged, out fought and basically **** on for 12 rounds.Floyd is gonna absolutely dominate this guy. I still can't believe this fight is happening its a total mismatch.
