You and pecks can go and have that discussion then, cos he brought it up - I'm talking about how pathetic Sam and George Burgess are :yep It was a shove from behind and he put his elbow in at the same time - what was Burgess thinking he was doing and what did he expect to happen? He didn't hang around to make sure George was okay, he backpedalled straight away - if he was that concerned about his brother he would have made sure he was okay before starting **** up. Matai's tackle was fine as replays and the judiciary result proved. Burgess started **** after the whistle was blown - he should have been penalised, yet he was bleating at the ref about not getting any advantage if Matai got suspended after the match. End result - 2 soft pommy blouses outed themselves :yep
Speaking of Poms, we are missing Gareth Ellis this year. One of the best forwards in the world on his day and certainly will go back to Super League a much better player for his time in the NRL.
Theres a world of difference between the two acts. Apparently you're the only one in the rugby league world that thinks there isn't. I know you're eager to lay the bite into wow@souths, but you're running on empty with this one champ. :good
Could be your conditioning team, or could just be bad luck. Souths had a terrible injury toll under Lang, which improved once Mcguire came in and brought his own staff with him.
It was a little push don't pretend it was anything else, Sam is a big boy if he had wanted to hurt Matai there he ****ing could've. The manly dogs ran at him and he defended himself, I literally don't understand how you can be sticking up for them they are quite clearly in the wrong. If I had over 300kg of grub running at me I'd start throwing punches too. Calling those two soft :-( ridiculous
Was going to mention that, everyone thought it would be wonderful to have ****ing Errol Allcot as our physio/ head of conditioning etc, we had heaps more injuries under that ****, he should have stuck to cricket
Yeah, it was insane the amount of injuries we had. Now the team is putting their bodies through a lot more during training, and our injury list is relatively small. Go figure.
I think the whole league community knows the Burgli's are anything but soft. Irnbru is a Manly tragic and hates Souths, which may explain why the loss is distorting reality for him. :yep
:think good point its been terrible the last two years.. our halves are always changing because someone is always hurt...Lote wont play a game this year yet we are paying him atsch
injuries aside, Tigers are still paying ridiculous money this weekend. Dogs were awful last week. I still think they'll win, but might be worth putting a cheeky 50 on the Tigers as they're paying over $5.
