All fighters who are in a position of bargaining power get rematch clauses. Nearly every major fight where the favorite or champion calls the shots they install a rematch clause. Its typical. Mayweather had one for Cotto as well.

Unlike like his last fight against Cotto, Floyd going into this fight against Guerrero is the defending champion so as is the choice for the champion he can and will implement the rematch clause for this upcoming fight.
