    Pretty much. :good

Wandy isn't close to what he was, but that was one of the fights of the year he put on against Stann. In terms of wild brawling, it was as much of a thrilling, back-and-forth brawl as any fight in his career. And you know Wandy will be throwing everything at Chael. :yep

Sonnen - Vitor is a good fight as well. Both of them got beaten decisively by Anderson and Jones, both of them are still dangerous fights for anyone who isn't one of those guys. :good

Funny thing, I don't think Sonnen can beat Wand. I'm not even kidding.

Good fight for Wandy really, Sonnen has no power so its not like hes going to get hurt which is usually the issue with these shopworn vets carrying on.

This fight doesn't mean a whole lot in the greater scheme of things, but it adds interest to any card. I'd like to see it.

Well, funny thing is Arona's the only guy that was ever able to keep wand on his back for any considerable period of time.

Wand doesn't have to worry about Chaels hands.. Much... So, I think Chael would probably have to knock Wand out.

Everyone knows how Chael fights. Ultimately he has no striking and has to bullrush in for a double unless he can get a body lock and establish underhooks, which Wand wont let happen.. So, Chael has to go for a single or double, and not get clipped at all by Wand.

Wand still has power and his aggression for the finish has gotten better. He's not catching himself looking to kick guys on the ground anymore, he's smarter now.. :!: Wand.. Smarter.. Wow..

Anyhow, I'm thinking and everything stems off Chaels takedown for Chael to win. Wand learns, he's already hard as **** to get on the ground. It's not like much lesser fighters haven't beaten Chael. :bbb

    Wand, tko rd 2!

Sonnen v Belfort could be a man v food style ped off.....

Who can eat the most testosterone on toast or something.

Winner gets a silicone left bollock.

I think this is a good cross-roads match. I think it will be revealing of who should still compete with other contenders and who should retire.

    You sure hate Chael.

You also underrate him. He can afford to "get clipped by Wand." One thing that Chael does not have is a fragile chin. Who has smacked him around to the extent that he's been in danger of being KOed? Anderson and Bones both stopped him with strikes, but neither even had him staggered - both of them stopped him with bodyshots while he remained fully conscious and alert.

It's a good fight that can go either way - both men have lost to lesser fighters. If Chael can put Wandy down, then Wandy is in trouble. If not, then Chael will struggle.

As a sidenote, what is your opinion on Belfort and Hendo?

Chael would be by far the favorite.

Doesn't matter with Wand.. You forget, it's Wand throwing bombs. If he catches you good, doesn't matter who you are, you are getting buzzed. And even though he's missed some opportunities to finish, he's been getting better.

Stann got glassed, so can Chael. The matchup is a dichotomy, if it's ground dominant it's Chaels, if Wand can keep it standing, it's his easily.

Sonnen is a joke, Why does he keep getting high profile fights? Because he runs off at the mouth and then gets his ***** ass beat? Enough with him.
