Sherman Tank Williams vs Bogdan Dinu

    All these people going on about Tank's power - only 19 of his 35 wins have come by KO. He's never KO'd anyone of any significance - only 4 of those 19 KOs have come against (obscure) fighters with winning records. Sure, he has a decent overhand right but he's never caused serious damage to anyone in the top 200 with it. What makes people think that aged 40, Tank poses any real threat to Dinu here? :think

    Crap.

    This would have been a huge opportunity for Dinu to get international exposure.

    I don't get it. Why would they want a six rounder, when Williams is old and overweight, yet Dinu is young and in incredible condition? Something doesn't sound right.

    We're hearing the story from Williams' camp, so chances are good this is not how things actually went. More likely, Williams finally watched some of Dinu's fights & then came to his senses. Bogdan would probably have sent Williams into permanent retirement.
