Watch for Thompson aiming his punches around Price's neck area, and unfortunately for Price this is a tactic he is going to have to get used to now in his fights. Price survives this time probably by late TKO, but for how much further ?.

I predict Price will come into the ring wearing Lennox' colours. Thompson will tell him he should never have come back. Price will fight for the memory of fallen Frank Maloney, he'll prevail and **** off into the sunset with Lennox.

Had a dream last night Price fought Wilder
Wilder landed a big right on him like the Kelvin Price fight Price went down but got up and recovered
2nd round Price knocked Wilder down he was hurt badly but survived
Then the 3rd round Wilder had Price hurt then Price fell back against the ropes then Wilder started taunting and mucking about then Price just punched him in the neck and Wilder was down for the count rolling on the floor holding his neck  some ****ed up dream

Sounds like a wet dream, if you were a Price fan / Scouser.

I suppose there's one thing going for Price in this one: he can't do much worse!

I don't know about that - Thompson might go headhunting from the off ...

Price believes he doesn't need to watch the fight back but knows the errors he made on the night.

Interesting to see how he approaches this fight. How he reacts to punches being thrown etc.

Dont know what my thoughts are on this. Really got to give Price credit for going at it again. He has the attributes to win this he needs to keep Thompson on the end of the jab wear him down and take him out late.

The problem I foresee is going to be keeping Thompson off. Once you have shown a certain vulnerability you lose a natural advantage. Now Thompson knows he can be got at. He can move in with more confidence and Price will react differently to an offensive Thompson this time round.

Almost sure its July 6th.As said, great credit to Price. The first one was a big jump in class for him, this is a make or break. There was an earlier thread about who do you want to lose.Well, this one would be the one I want our guy to win.And I think he will, after boxing carefully early, quite obviously.Think he can stop Thompson late and get back on track. The Lewis thing I think is good,if only as a bit of a confidence booster, though I know he can't get in the ring with him.May be very wrong here but I can't see Tony coming in in tremendous condition.I reckon he's building his retirement fund, not the most ambitious in the division. For me a long fight favours Dave, although being aware of Icemaxs point about his lack of rounds.

Price wins by KO. Stated my reasons in a similar thread. Might try and find it later.

Only legit result that would surprise me is Thompson via decision, as it going past six or so should result in Price eventually stopping him, if not a wide UD.

Voted Thompson KO, expecting the opposite KO secondly, followed by Price UD.
