They are so in love with the guy that they dont understand when others dont worship him like they do, boxing has many different styles and different personalities and every boxer has his fans and his critics its the same with Floyd hes no different than other fighters who have their critcs too, stop acting like insecure teen girls everytime someone says anything remotely bad about Floyd, the guy doesnt give a **** about your sorry asses so why do you care so much about him? if you like him good for you enjoy him then but accept that not everyone has the same opinion and that not everyone will like him, its like these with every fighter its not like this only happens with Floyd. Fact is the only reason why people are disappointed by Floyd fights (besides people who just hate to hate) is because for over a decade now he's been doing the same thing.

Hard work in the gym and bare minimum in the ring. All the prep means he doesn't have a to work hard during fight night to win and if you are waiting for that to change you will continue to be disappointed until he either is forced to turn it up or he retires.

He's riding it out for the cash and if you want to see action you'll need to hit the archives. That's just what it is and Floyd isn't going to change the game because it isn't in his best interest to do so.

It isn't about legacy or fans or anything else, it is about translating that talent into as much cash as he can and providing for himself and his family. People continue to pay to see it and he continues to provide the same crappy product over and over and over.

Don't blame Floyd, blame the people who continue to eat it up.

He's fighting six times in thirty months which means hel be out again probably in September,this 200 million dollar deal with Shotime means hel be fighting on a regular basis.Who he fights is another story,put anyone in front of Floyd from 154 down and hel do the same thing he did to Robert Guerrero,people like you are still gonna hate.

 

Once Mayweather retires and all is said and done, people will miss the skill and excitement he brought to the table.

Whittaker received similar receptions because he didnt fight like a mexican/mongolian war mongerer. So does every great defensive boxer..

Its ok to not like Floyd but to put down every good performance he has is obsessive and unhealthy for an individual. Guerrero is not as terrible as people said he is, Robert possesses fairly good abilities but is just not a WW. Its not Floyds fault that RG beat Berto's ass that led into this fight..

For what I hear it went just like I expected. I DIDN'T BUY IT AND HAVEN'T WATCHED BECAUSE IT WAS TOO PREDICTABLE TO ME. I don't understand why people expected anything different. Guerrero never belonged in a ring with Floyd. At least he got a good pay day so he can take care of his wife and kids. I will watch Guerrero's fights any day as long as he is fighting people in his level.

That said, I will watch it later on just to watch Floyd perform.
