People who say Mayweather was boring last night.

Was alright. Floyd did what he was suppose to do and I'll be fair fighting Guerrero is justified since he beat Cotto in his last fight and this is his first fight after jail. Feeling robbed from a clinic from Mayweather to actually beat a good name in one of his 6 fights but we'll see. 5 left and no one else to fight next but Alvarez. Everyone else either lost(Trout) or is some ass(Khan,Alexander,Garcia) or needs more experience(Thurman).

 

All I got to say is Mayweather is crafty as ****.

 

If he didn't injured his right hand in round 8 or 9, he would have looked even better down the stretch. Guerrero wasn't doing much, and Floyd coasted through the rest of the late rounds. This was Floyd's second best performance since he came out of retirement.

 

Let them hate, its what they love.

They talk all this **** about the fight. Yet still watch it and still talk about it the next day. Have done so for over 10 yrs. For someone who they don't like, think he is boring, and hate his choice of opposition, they still watch and comment all day every day for over 10 yrs.

 

This is the exact reason I did not order this **** of a fight, there was never going to be a good match here this was a hand selected cherry pick. if you look at Guerreros two fights at WW, with Aydin and Berto, right hands land at will on Robert, so do right uppercuts.

Guerrero doesnt exactly cut off the ring he mulls with ya wrestles with ya allot of holding and hitting. I am shocked Floyd couldnt stop him but Maybe Floyd didnt want to maybe Floyd wanted to get in 12 and beat him up for what his Dad said about him.

Either way Khan is on the menu next believe that, he is Floyds Mandatory now.... But I do believe Floyd if he wants can push that fight off until next year he is only required to make one mandatory per year.

So who else is out there right now for Floyd at WW? :think sadly we are going to see Mayweather ride out into the sunset fighting these types of fighters... :-( Thank god I am not paying for it

I dont blame Floyd for it being boring it was Guerrero who couldnt adjust to make the fight entertaining

why is the guy who won and dominantly at fault for it being boring, shouldnt it be on the other guy who cant do anything to make it exciting

i mean when you watch an NFL game you dont blame the Ravens for shutting down a teams O you blame the other team for not adapting and moving the chains

 

What was glaringly omitted from Floyd's performance was combination punching.

Though, pot shoting his targets has been Floyd's calling card, Guerrero was open and available to be hit with multiple shots and I would have liked to have seen Floyd fully exploit that vulnerability.

 

Some people are just mad that Pacquiao is still knocked out. Floyd wins and does not struggle against B level opponents like Pacquiao. Bradley is B level. Marquez at his age is B level. Floyd would work them both worse than he did Guerrero. There is nobody left at welter and don't forget Guerrero whooped Bertos ass and made him look like ET. Who the **** else is out there? I guess we can wake Pacquioa from his coma but that would be rude.

 

He's got superior boxing skills but he hasn't got superior brawling skills. In a boxing ring a fighter with superior boxing skills should win every time. Can be boring to watch but he's protecting his zero. That's why he didn't end up like Pac when he fought Marquez. He doesn't allow the fight to suit his opponents style.

 

Fight was good... kinda bummed about dropping $60 on the pay per view though.
