I know Floyd wouldn't throw a variety of rights with such abandon if he was fighting a better fighter, but what do you think of how he would awkwardly look out of balance for a split second after missing an unorthodox right

The straight right to the body was taking all of the fight out of Guerrero. Wish his hand hadn't gotten hurt as he could have stopped him.

I agree he was killing him with that jab to the body he started really usinbg it around round 7 or 8 and he hurt his hand. He would have stopped Guerrero if he hadn't hurt his hand.

You nailed it in your own post mate.

RG didn't have the power to hurt him, or the speed to catch him un-aware, so he could sacrifice a bit of balance in exchange for a bit more of a snap.

That's years of experience built upon a strong foundational base.

I noticed that too. IMO the only signs of Floyd slowing down slightly.

He landed like 5 rights to he body in a row in 8 or 9. Guerrero looked ready just to say ”stop”. That is Floyd's best punch against a southpaw. He battered Sharmba and Zab the same before the foulfest.

Did you notice how heavy his left hand seems, as opposed to his right these days?

Wasn't just last night, it's been like that since the Mosley fight IMO.

He's spearing the jab now and turning harder into the left.

Floyd rarely talks about technical aspects of boxing (it must bore him), but here's some indication that he is pretty cerebral in there.

Floyd's feints last night also had Guerrero so on edge. kept him guessing so much.

Floyd was so right before the fight. I don't have a gameplan. When I get in there, my opponent has to react to me

Good find, I did notice he's been making more use of a sweeping right.
