Why can't you guys just enjoy Floyd, why you always gotta put a brother down?

    Calm down Roger. :tong

Dominating fighters and providing an entertaining product for fans don't necessarily go hand in hand. With Floyd's skill-set he can happily whip right hands, skirt around the ring and hold when things get heated onto victory against almost all fighters in and around his weight-class. Does that make for dominating performances, absolutely.

Is it terribly entertaining watching him do that to C and B level fighters, most people would say not really.. been there done that. Does Floyd care, no he's pullling in lots of cash regardless.

It's been the same story for years now and people still have audacity to be disappointed by another dominating Floyd performance. This is what he does, it makes for wins not great fights. If you love watching him do that routine once a year, more power to you. I've seen all his fights save for a few of his latest because it is all the same and Floyd doesn't show you another gear unless his opponent makes him. Quite frankly most of the opponents left (to include Pacquiao at this point) aren't really going to make that happen.

Time to let it go.. this is all Floyd wants to give and stop expecting more. :deal

Floyd isn't a brother or he would have a black girlfriend. If Floyd was a brother he would stop acting like a clown and making all black people look bad. If Floyd had any skill as a real boxer he would fight real opponents instead of a bunch of Hispanic and Latino boxers who we all know are unskilled they are.

Look at Trout a average nobody but he was good enough to beat Canello the best Mexican fighter out there. Even there best can't beat a average black fighter. Floyd knows this too so he avoids fighting the best black fighters for the most part so he can feast on Hispanic and Latino fighters the USA puts on a pedestal.

Should he fight Canelo and do the same thing, the excuse will be Canelo wasn't ready yet. You know it and I know it. You claim he's every thing wrong with the sport today, but lets point out doors that Floyd has open that fighters before him haven't. He shows how a fighter can be the boss of his own circle. He eliminated the middle man and became his own promoter, fighter and a trainer to other fighters. He pushed for random blood testing, which other fighters are now doing for there own fights, and I'm sure will still be doing after Floyd stops fighting. Hate him or love him Floyd has left a stamp on the sport that will be followed when he's gone. People scream out Canelo name as if he's the cure to stop Mayweather, what's funny is his own promoter De la hoya doesn't believe he's ready to face Mayweather. You also speak of Garcia, please don't let that be Danny Garcia, because if that's the guy your talking about, you really need to stop posting **** up here...lol.

thanks for explaining to op what has been explained to him a countless amount of times but he will side step it and ignore it as despite knowing it is true he would rather be a delusional clown

My problem is that Guererro was no where in Floyd's league. Ok, whatever, I'm tired of complaining about the mismatched fights he sells so I won't. But I will whine about him letting that sparring match go all the way to the twelfth round.

When you have a much lesser fighter like Guererro in there, and he's done after the fourth round, you pick up the pace. You're a great fighter why not do something great. The guy takes zero chances in his match making or in the ring....

He's an ATG. I think his antics out of the ring rubs people the wrong way, but from a purely boxing standpoint, I just don't know how people wouldn't marvel at this man's skills.

What he did to Guerrero was nothing short of brilliant. He carved up another masterpiece; it greatly resembled his fight with Gatti back at 140 several years back. In the latter half of the fight, Guerrero's head loooked like it was in a pinball machine getting knocked from side to side. I thought he was going to finish RObert off, but Guerrero is a tough dude with a very strong chin. If FLoyd doubled up on his hooks or attempted more power shots after landing the lead right, I think he could've gotten him out of there around the 10th round.

It was baffling to hear the crowd boo so much. If any of them appreciated the sweet science, they would've recognized that Floyd painted a masterpiece and he put himself in vulnerable positions all throughout the fight to get hit by Guerrero, but Robert didn't look like he wanted any part of FLoyd in in the inside.

Floyd is a generational talent, but I'll always feel that he cheated himself and us the boxing fans because he never seemed willing to consistently test himself against the very best.

Fight the best opponents and win. Only then will the voices of criticism be quieted.

To answer the OPs question, in general whites, Mexicans, and Asians don't like blacks and don't like to see them enjoy too much success. If that person is also viewed as arrogant and not a house Tom like Mosley then the hate will be magnified.
