People see any differences with Wladimir after the Warch & Pieneta fight?

Wlad is going to DEMOLISH Povetkin.

 

Yes, Wladimir KlitschK.O. looked more agressive but he is smart. He knows he has to adapt sometimes. He learns from his losses.

Amir Khan fails every time he steps up in competition.

 

I'm not wlad fan by any means I border line dislike him but he can't be touched in this era he is a great heavyweight

 

I liked the fact that he showed ability to adapt. In round two for example Pianeta was able to hit him with a couple left hooks following Wlad's right hand attacks. In round three Wlad added head movement to his one-twos and was able to roll under Pianeta's left hand counters.

But the main thing about him remains his power. He's truly blessed with a killer punch.

 

I like what I saw in Wlad in his last 2 fights, when he loosened up he had complete control, he looks better when he starts dancing around his opponent and throws combinations, I didn't see him lower his hands as much as he did vs Wach and Pianeta under Manny Steward either

 

People tend to forget that Steward was still in his corner when Wlad fought Mormeck and Thompson (maybe to some extent Peter II). He fired from all positions against them, too.

Steward wasn't the one making Wladimir fighting overly causicous. It was Wladimir himself. What steward did was to refine his style and made it more effective.

 

Steward himself even yelled at Wladimir, when he, for example, didn't take Chambers out earlier

 

No these fights tell you nothing. I really hope Wladimir steps up. He had his lowest view number on rtl in his last fight. I wont watch him again if he fights another guy like Pianeta, Mormeck, Wach. I hoped Pianeta had soemthing to offer but he had nothing.

Btw. Wladimir should not fight "dirty" it is not allowed to just stick your left hand out like Wladimir did. He was not punshing he was just blocking/pushing Pianeta away from him. This is NOT allowed.

 

the last couple of rounds were reminiscent of his pre-Steward days, where he hunched over, not standing up straight to maximise his size, hands low and also he appeared a bit bit square on.

Paneta was a glorified sparring partner, and the fight was a glorified sparring session. Obviously when Paneta had been knocked senseless by round 4, he was going to lower his hands to fire from different angles knowing that Paneta did not pack any heat either.

 

Wlad will only get better being trained by Banks, who himself is a top 5 ranked HW.
