    He is the WBA super featherweight champion and likely to remain that way for a while, and currently the clear #1 in the division based on ability and accomplishment. (Yuriorkis Gamboa is simply too newly arrived to make a case for, and Rocky Martinez's recent feats looks nice until you realize he got three consecutive gifts)

    Well I guess that depends on what you've heard said and by whom.

    He is a hard puncher, but moreover he is a skilled puncher. His timing, patience, shot selection and accuracy all elevate his already formidable raw power...making him the sum of his parts and then some.


    Hard to say but in terms of styles and quality he would certainly have been the biggest test Broner ever faced. Sort of the Ponce De Leon blueprint but exponentially magnified (like PDL considerably slower than Broner, yet able to make up for it with smart pressure, power & timing)
