PPV are bull**** anyway and some going why would Pacquaio fight in Macau well and like Ive been talking in another thread (i.e Trout 500k) that Pac will make far more money over there than in the USA and also probably sell out the Arena.

 

Money making only, it still is Mayweather vs. Pacquiao. Theoretically Klitschko vs. Klitschko too...

The difference is that Oscar was the face of PPV boxing for most of the 90's and was well respected amongst Casuals and everyone and there mommas wanted a peice of the Oscar Lottery. Oscar fought the best over and over again. He put in his dues and people couldn't deny him as much as the haters tried to diminish his career.

Who the hells moves up in weight, fights the reigning champ, and then unifies by beating the other 3 titlists. In a stint of three years Oscar did what neither Trinidad, Quartey, and Whitaker did during their reigns at WW. These guys were Champions at the same time for YEARS and didn't fight each other, then Oscar moves up and fights all of them and more in a matter of a couple years.

Oscar was no con-man or cherry picker, that is why fans bought his fight.

 

Thats the thing you dont know who is going sell PPV's and who isnt I mean.

Trinidad the perfect example a man that when you watched you were like excitement plus but hardly sold well at all.

Then you take Mayweather plays the perfect bad guy and is boring to watch yet because of people hating his guts he sells well. When in reality Wlad should be selling through the roof but does not because he is not American.
