Who hits harder, Pac or Rios?

At 147, Pac should have the edge. Rios packs serious thunder for a lightweight, solid power for a junior welter. But, he likely doesn't hit any harder than a true welterweight.

Pac has pretty decent power at welter.

 

Pac on the outside, but Rios is solid in close. If either land right the result is the same.

 

Rios probably hits harder, but Pac also hits hard for a former flyweight

 

Unless you have been on the pads with them both or fought them both you would't know.

the thing is speed is power, and pacquiao has much more of that

Will probaly look fat though... Rios really should start his camp soon and get a well worked out diet and S&C plan so he doesn't look like an untoned piece of flab

 

I can tell you whos faster, pac. when they start exchanging pac will land 2-3 for every 1 rios attempts.
