Be careful what you wish for Bernard, Froch is better than pascal and cloud.

This old Bernard wont be able to cope with the intensity Froch will bring imo obviously a younger fresher Bernard schools Froch but something tells me Froch's workrate will be too much for Hopkins at this stage.

Hopkins has only recently done well against guys with KNOWN stamina issues he's in for a big shock with Froch's fitness level.

Pascal and Cloud are 4 round fighters Froch is a 15 round fighter.

If Hopkins beats Murat in July, he will get a fight with either Froch (if he beats Kessler) or Cleverly (if Kessler wins) in November or December.

Hopkins has a chance to win 3 fights this year, at age 48. If he does this, the 2013 Fighter of the Year award is his.

Hopkins give Froch fits.. All wrong for him.

Wouldn't be much of a spectacle either.

Hopkins wants to get paid, but I think Kessler will beat Froch

**** Hopkins. He'd manage to turn a Froch fight - who has exciting fights - into a terribly boring hugfest. Hopkins should stay in the US and bore his local idiot fans.

Also at what weight would they fight?

Pascal, especially, was tailor made for Old Hopkins. He threw about a dozen punches per round and still gassed.

Froch will keep fighting. I'm sure Hopkins will slow the pace of the fight down, but Father Time is going to catch up with Bernard the next time he faces a fighter capable of fighting 3 minutes a round for the duration.

No flies on BHop, Froch doesn't have the same hand/foot speed or volume as Cleverly, while Froch is obviously better than Cleverly styles make fights and Cleverly's style would pose old BHop more problems and Bernard knows that

Interesting fight if it happens. I would pick Hopkins even at his advanced age. Froch would also be the smaller fighter.
I think Hopkins would be too strong and too skilled

Hopkins would spend most of the night rolling around the floor trying to get a breather.

I don't think he's got the stamina to stop Froch for 12 rounds and I've got visions of poor old Bernard knackered while Froch has his hands down stalking him around the ring.

Then not getting any credit for beating him as Hopkins was old.

Froch would love to take Hopkins up on his offer.

No disrespect, but it amazes me the amount of people decieved by the BHop _uck fest. Yes full marks for the man's athleticism and dedication at his age, but an honest look at his career shows a lot of Welters cum MW's lads at the end (him too) and nothing but SPOILING & _ucking faking his way into credibility.

his only proper masterful win was against Pavlik and Pavlik was nothing but a punch and another modern day hype machine. Hopkins is Good, just NOT Great!

and I'll bet on Froch ALL Day, Everyday!!!
