rahman was past his prime when he fought wlad and took the fight on short notice.a prime rah man beats haye by KO.he would overpower haye.

    Honestly, none

Only tricky ones i see are maybe Peter, Mercer, Sanders, Byrd, but see Haye as huge favourite against the whole list, especially if it's the versions that Wlad fought each of them.

We're talking about the exact version of the fighters Wlad faced? Byrd would be interesting and Sanders but Peter is too slow for Haye it's just an easy stylistically matchup for Haye

Maybe you should... almost everyone thinks that the Chagaev win is better than the Haye win. Why? because Chagaev was a better fighter. I wont even explain why. Just look how he fought Valuev! He did a WAY better job than Haye. Also he beat Ruiz when he was still something good (5 years before Haye fought him). Also Chagaev tried to win against Wladimir not like Haye whos main goal was to make 12 rounds and maybe to get a lucky shot.:!::patsch
But for you Haye is great right? Haye has done **** at heavyweight. Chagaev did more than Haye in this division.

I'm not saying haye is great :patsch just Chagaev is awful haye is faster, hits harder and is miles better.

Styles make fights, I'm pretty sure if haye fought the version of chageav that wlad fought haye would beat the **** out of him.

You saying Haye is miles better than Chagaev=Hayetard. You clearly never saw a prime Chagaev. Also what version? Chagaev was healthy when he fought Wladimir? Dont know what you are talking about:patsch

IMO, just on paper, Haye would lose to:

Corrie Sanders, Lamon Brewster and S. Peter I.

It would be 50-50 matchups against Chris Byrd I, Sultan Ibragimov, Tony Thompson I, Eddie Chambers, Chagaev, McCline.

Thing is, just look at the list and think about going through all of it, training camps, media/sponsors pressure, belts in play, it's grueling, demanding, extenuous. I don't thing Haye would be strong enough to do it. He would surelly lose fights to lesser competition. He has a third of these fights on his resume and already is all about resting, retiring, saving himself, has long layoffs. I don't blame him though, it's his life, his decisions.

I just shuddered at the thought of Haye-Ibragimov.
