Call me a hater if you want, but it's the truth. There is NO excuse for the quality of his last few opponents. He completely demolished a cancer survivor in a fight we all knew wasn't going to be even REMOTELY competitive. There ARE better opponents such as Pulev, Povetkin, or Fury. And I'm not saying those guys would or wouldn't have a chance at beating him, I'm saying that they'd be a step up from Pianeta, Wach, and Mormeck.
Don't agree with your title. But, can't argue with your points about Pianeta and Mormeck. Pianeta was just pathetic.
Povetkin's been ducking him for years. A Pulev vs Fury fight is in the works right now. The winner will probably face Wlad.
People say that Wlad might break Louis's title defenses record someday. That's fitting, since Wlad seems to have a Bum of the Month Club too.
Why doesn't the contenders try to get a fight with him? You have the guy at the top, then the guys who wants to get a title shot actually try to get it. Looks like a lot of the guys is afraid to lose their 0. Or get beaten the hell up.
bit of a harsh title. yes there may be better fights out there but not many heavweights want to take of Wlad such is his dominace. tyson fury? no chance, david price would be a better match up despite his loss. tyson fury is awful, just awful. Wlad would destroy him. Povetkin is the only decent fight out there. David Haye wont want any part of him again, and he is arguably the most exciting fighter in the division and the biggest challenge to Wlad.
Povetkin has ran from him longer than Haye did as this point. Fury already turned them down. Just shut up.
The top contenders want to get mandatory! Thats all. We will see Povetkin this year and maybe the winner of Pulev/Fury. It will be a great year for heavyweight boxing. We already had good fights and there are plenty to come.
You should keep an eye on boxing like a real fan cause it seems like you have no idea what you area talking about. I mean seriously.. You are saying that Wlad is the one who is avoiding those tough fights? haha
Bingo. These other contenders know what's in store for them getting in the ring with Wlad. They're getting outboxed for 4-5 rounds, then knocked the **** out. Payday or not, they kinda want to avoid that.
Povetkin is the one that really deserves criticism, he's lucky he got the nod after his laborious effort against Huck. If not, he could have kissed his big payday goodbye definitely.
