How terrible was Wlad's last opponent? Name NON-HEAVYWEIGHTs who can beat him...

  1. I'm not even joking.. A barrage of non heavyweights can beat Pineta.

    Keep these things in mind.

1- Guy got almost no power. He's power is that of a hard hitting LHW.

    2- He's not really 6'5 240. He's more like 6'3 225

    3- He's really bad.

So off the top of my head
Guys who can beat Pineta but is not fighting at heavyweight

    CW:
    Yoan Pablo Hernandez : KO
Everyone in the top 10 basically.

    LHW
    Chad Dawson: UD

    SMW
    Andre Ward: UD
    Carl Froch: KO

He weighed 240 something at the weigh in so yes his weight is right he is probably 6' 4''. Huck would beat him for sure if Cunningham counts so does he. I can't say anything about fighters who haven't fought at HW yet yes there are some who I think could beat him but that's just speculation. He isn't very good he was better than I expected in the first round but that was about it and we all know that there's no need to make a thread about something we all know

Pianeta was absolutely horrible. He was stumbling around the ring literally like a drunk staggering out of a club at 5am.

Haye would have KOed him in 1 or 2 (that is, if he didn't have a round bet), as would Wilder, Fury, Pulev, Price (yes, Price) and others. I think that Gerber would even beat him.

I agree with all of the OP's points, save the weight. And, there are several people in the lower classes that he did not list that would beat him.

How could Froch KO him? he has modest power at SMW but not when faced with a guy 70 pounds heavier. Stupid thread!

Only one or two levels above Fraudley, wich is pretty bad.

But besides the obvious toplevel CW's I don't see many who can beat the guy below HW.

I'd favor most CWs over him besides Chin Chinned Disgrace Yoan Pablo Hernandez.

But Cunningham made me think that there is even for CWs with bad chins a place at HW Cunningham would beat Pianeta and Hernandez has more power than Cunningham

True, but Cunningham did face pillowfisted Adamek. Tyson Fury, a legitimate heavyweight and OK puncher, brutally shattered his Glass Jaw into a thousand shards.

Hopefully Wlad fights Luis Ortiz after Povetkin and takes his '0' also. What is so wrong with fighting undefeated fighters?
