Yeah I noticed that too. Also, if you rewatch his fight with Mosley, as soon as the fight had ended, he went straight to Nazim to show his respects.

 

Oh yeah he does it all the time ... He fought this one kid from PR (not Cottos boy though) and after the figjht Al Bernstein asked him did he care that the crowd though admired by his skill, didn't like his antics ... and Floyd said, "Look, they hated Camacho too!"

When I heard that, I knew that he really studied the sport beyond just coming from a fighting family.

 

This is some really good stuff. Glad to hear thoughts on his come up to where he is. You could tell how excited he was to talk about that. Need more of this.

 

This is the best mayweather interview i ever heard in my life. Big ups to fighthype. Interviewers should ask real questions like this

 

You guys seriously believe little Floyd Mayweather that many years ago schooled Pernell Whittaker?

A) How you fight in the gym doesn't mean that much. Alot of guys **** around and just work things out in the ring and perform vastly different come fight night.

B) There is no way Pernell is going to turn it up to 100% with the disparity in experience and even weight at that point. He wouldn't get anything out of that. That would serve no purpose for an elite level fighter like whittaker he'd be best served by taking it easy and working on ****. Old school guys who developed a refined ringcraft were known for doing just that.

It doesn't mean a thing. There is no way Floyd could **** with Pernell whittaker at that point in their respective careers if they were sparring with the same level of effort and with the same intent.

 

I want to see more of this Mayweather. This Mayweather is a cool/interesting guy.

VERY GOOD VIDS NICE TO HEAR HIM ALSO TALKING ABOUT him hanging out with PRINCE NASEEM HAMED nd stuff and doing training camps asa ten going round with nate jones and zab judah etc very refreshing and he gives it away whn e explains producers kinda pressure him to be the arrogant villian when really hes not like that as he wernt a street guy look gow in the speaking out interview he mentions how he was gonna start slinging drugs with his old best friend but backed out last min you can see and hear hes not stupid he might struggle to express his words but he deff knows what hes doing saying and thinking.

 

He will beat the **** out of Pacman. It is funny how many boxing fans buy the Bob Arum bull**** Pacman hype train. The only fight I give Pac, is the Cotto fight. Every other one of his signature wins at the higher weights have an asterisk next to them for one reason or another.
