Why is it Floyd can get bashed for the same things manny can get praised for?

Because unlike Manny he only fights once a year

 

Because he is a superior fighter so the standards are higher.

 

Floyd fought better versions of De la Hoya as well as Cotto, yet Manny gets more credit for beating Cotto after Miguel's head was bashed in by Margarito, plus weight draining Cotto AND Oscar. Manny has had 48 rounds with JMM and still can't figure him out, Floyd took 48 SECONDS.
