Worst boxing card EVER

I was to write the same thread.
Absolute disgrace.
Worst televised card I can remember.
3 1st round stoppages & a 6 round shutout with an African with a fake record.

 

Just when i thought it couldn't get any worse Leapai's opponent doesn't show upatsch

 

Most of the fox cards are miss matched bouts, these guys are permitted to hand pick their opponents and because they want to look good on TV they pick duds. Its been occuring for a while now, hell its been going on for 10 yrs or so.

 

It's been going on for the last 3 decades in Oz,Fenech raped it with his one sided match ups,,then mundines pitiful cards,& any Promoter that try's to have a go at it,,has no chance.
People don't want to go to the fights,,because they see this **** on Tv,,Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic,,,it WILL NEVER CHange....

 

The most puzzling thing is why do tv companies put this shite on tv ? I can't imagine anyone watches including actual fans of boxing. Why is it on tv ?

 

Sort of a show that makes me think I should go back to timekeeping – all over in 90 minutes.
Last show I did (2000), it looked like I woz gonna be there for 48 hours

 

Because The Promoters Trainers Commentators all get together before fight night & Suck each other off,,that's why there is one sided fights.:tired

 

Its because they are allowed to hand pick their own opponents. They should be told that they have been matched on a fox sports card against a 50/50 opponent, if they dont want it then dont fight and get no exposure, simple as that but it doesnt happen as no **** has the backbone to do it.

Thorbery should may get the tap on the shoulder from Fox. I just hope he doesnt fark it for everybody.

 

have to agree with this, I think you may have just peaked, log off for the day & stay on a high.

 

Wat I don't understand was andy Raymond apologising afterwards, don't fox get the match ups in advance? Couldn't they see the mismatches just by the records?
