British P4P Top 10?

No Kell Brook but Afolabi a guy who has fought only once in the UK has a 19-2 record and never won a British title.

Haye has more titles, in more divisions and throughout the course of his career has fought better opposition including the #1 heavyweight who had massive physical advantages over him (a massive factor in P4P for me).

He also trumps Frampton in terms of Amateur achievements as well.

Frampton is very good but put him in with the division's best, where they are actually the same size and he gets destroyed far worse than Haye against Wlad. He looked good against a completely shot Molitor and against a dangerous yet limited Martinez (quality win nonetheless) but Rigo will always have the beating of Frampton IMO.

If Haye was the same size as his opponents he would fight differently. If he were a SBW he would completely change his style.

I like Frampton though, he looks really good, classy fighter. Let's be realistic though - he hasn't proved himself as the best in Britain yet!

I hear what your saying, all correct.

P4P lists are perceptional, my perception is that Carl Frampton is a better fighter than David Haye, Haye has beaten world class opposition in 2 weight classes but only has claim to fighting one true world class champion in his prime, he was outsized and out-gunned against a better fighter in almost every department and he came up short, not by much! with what he has Haye performed admirably. Lets not forget Haye being TKO'd at domestic level, just another factor for consideration, as is Prescott, Gomez, Limond and the likes for Khan.

Style is not always directly coupled with size, Scott Cardle is currently fighting on physical capabilities more so than technical boxing application. And he is paying the price for it, he's being clobbered flush by journey men level fighters. I dont buy that argument, I can see how it can be relevant but I dont buy it!

You are schooled in the art of fighting how you are schooled, Haye is a single shot power puncher, its cut and dry for me.

Carl Frampton for me has already shown a more complete and technical skill set than both Khan and Haye and for all intents an purposes Cleverly and Burns, it is my personal opinion that Frampton will go on and be a successful accomplished world champion, if he fights the elite of the division over the next couple of years he will probably lose (most of which are extremely highly regarded top P4P fighters), but when a young man applies himself the way he does, and improves at the rate he is, you just never know what he can be capable of.

To prove he is Britain's best would be more justification he is world class as Scott Quigg (somebody I hold in the same regard as Frampton) is a world class fighter despite not being a champion of the world - tongue in cheek

This is just of course my perception. I hold perceived skill in high regard when compiling P4P lists, momentum, resume, accomplishments are all considerations of course, but to me its fairly obvious that Frampton is a better fighter than Haye and Khan in most aspects of boxing.
