Considering how Ukranian fighters are usually treated by U.S. promoters (Dzinziruk, Kotelnik), I'd be surprised if an American promoter landed him.

He's said in the past he wants to sign with an American promotor. Lomachenko a fighter with the potential to be about 5 levels above someone like Koltenik and has the style that should make him a hit in the states.

I think he's confident enough in his ability to take the risk and fight in the States with a golden boy/top rank promoter as the potential rewards are higher

Just reading that, really quite amazing feat to witness. If it weren't for Lomachenko you would think once in a generation fighter.:nut

Of course Lomachenko is levels above Kotelnik, but watching a promoter rob your countryman and then blacklist his career is cause for concern. Needless to say Don King's not going to be in the running for him.

I agree. He better turn out to be something special for the amount of hype his fans here have given him.

Yes, cant ****ing wait to see him rise to the top and whoop everbodies ass.

Although I will be upset if he's in the 130 and 135 division, the talentless divisions :(

I think lomanchenko will sign with K2 as he's stated he wants to stay in the Ukraine/Europe for a while longer, plus he was at the Wlad fight

He is something special, looking at any fights for 2 minutes will tell you that.

World champ in 5 fights is a reasonable goal for Lomachenko imo, great addition to the 130/135 scene, badly needed to!

Now if he ends up at 140.....

    :hi:

    How is Finland Malibua?

I never said anything about Euro Chumps :think . . . i think this a weak era period (globally) but Lamo will add some depth, if it is true that he is FINALLY taking the plunge. :bbb

like both guys a lot but they have fought no one. GGG, figuratively and Lamo literally . . . both guys (along with Broner) have the potential to be top 10 in a few years
