Another article stating NY Commission was informed prior to the fight. It backs up the previous one linked stating they knew by Thursday before the fight. They were informed, then a USADA discussed it with the camps, promoters and commission on Thursday.

If you want to blame someone, blame GBP and the NY Commission.. Nothing USADA did was wrong, except maybe delay telling them for a week. Article also states Danny could have walked from the fight, but he'd miss out on his payday.

 

I said they were quoted as saying they only considered their own test results. I can't find the link. Believe what you want, I followed it closely at the time.

Again, we can only go on what is reported since the contracts are private but when GBP banned VADA from testing their fighters they said that they would insure that contracts were written so the opposing team would know the results so this is consistent with what has been discussed before. Again the links are out there, this has been discussed but I'm not digging them up. Feel free to ignore on that basis alone if you wish.

I'm retired/unemployed but even I don't have anymore time to waste on this. So, I'll post my last thoughts so Rudy can claim victory for outlasting me cuz that is all he has at this point.

This much cannot be ignored. VADA caught two. Two fights were canceled. GBP vowed NEVER to use VADA again. GBP switches to USADA. USADA caught one, fight went on. Do we know if the information would have been released had it not been leaked? No. Why? We don't know what the contracts call for. No transparency there. THAT is the USADA's fault. Their contracts should be like VADA's. No room to hide. VADA posts the contract that an athlete must agree too on their web site.

 

It is like? He doesn't. He is the B side and has been the B side for quite a long time. How in the hell would he or you think he would have much say against a promotional juggernaut like GBP? I am not saying it is bad or good, but it is what it is. You want that check? You know what it entails. If you don't? Move on.

We have no reason to believe we wouldn't be informed, except for Gabe stirring **** up claiming Floyd failed.. And again, NOTHING has come from that.. So basing anything off of a rumor that has gained no legs is stupid. No way of sugar coating it, it's ****ing stupid.

So pretty much Gabe started a rumor.. Had no proof, and to this day still hasn't produced anything or even mentioned it again.. But that possibility based off that rumor has you convinced USADA is wrong and is hiding **** for a fee/or at least will?

 

None of this accurately reflects ANYTHING I said or tried to get at. We don't know what the contracts said. We know that when the VADA tests were failed GBP claimed the issue was that they and the opposing team weren't notified when the A samples tested positive leaving them NO time to look for a replacement. We can only GUESS that this was remedied in their USADA contract which is why Angel would have known. (Well, only partially if the samples were sat on so long that there was 'supposedly' no time to test the B's before the fight. Funny how that suddenly changed.)There is no reason to believe the contract states that the commission will be informed. Circumstantial evidence points to that NOT being the case. Unnamed ESPN sources that can only logically be deduced as GBP spin doctors doesn't cut it.

You've pointed to absolutely nothing that would even hint at anything in the ESPN article being false and a GBP spin... The article states when the commission, fighters and promoters were informed.. NY Commission doesn't deny they were informed, only that they only consider their own test.. What spin are you talking about? :nut
