Yeah, I do it twice a week.

To be honest it would take too long to each exercise (look on youtube), but I usually do a 30-45min full body routine.

What do people make of it for boxing?

I do them quite regularly as excersize not boxing related.

You get a good workout without heavyweights I think they must also be pretty good for boxing the focus is still alot on core, whilst the weight will increase strength and overall fitness.

I like kettlebells, but they make my balls hurt. I don't know why, but I do tend to be quite fond of my balls. So I don't do them so much anymore.

I'm thinking about competing with 2 x 32 kgs. As many reps as possible in 10 minutes without putting the ****ers down. Maybe I'm just a sad **** with nowt better to do, but it seems a challenge I'd quite like to try.

32kg's are monsters!! My coach trains with them. I've just gone up to a 20kg one.

When mine first arrived I thought "****! Why've I bought these?!" but now I'm aiming for 80 Clean and Jerks in a 10 minute period. Yesterday I did some Burpee clean and jerks with a single 32 kg, changing hand each rep: awesome workout in very little time, 10 reps and 1 minute rest...and repeat for rounds.

Struggle not to bruise my forearm when swinging/pushing (not sure if this is the correct term.) Been told its bad technique, but not sure how to correct it.

Loads of YouTube vids explain clean technique for kettlebells. I'm fine with the 32s, even with my skinny forearms, and I've not paid any fleecing con man a penny to do any workshops. :goodIt's my birthday in a couple of weeks and I've been hinting for the missus to get me a 40 kg so that I can do this workout

I feel they bulked me up, I gained a lot of muscle mass and they do seem to improve my punching power and overall fitness but I always felt i was at my best weight at 165 now I have to fight in 178. Not saying they're the only reason but definitely contributed.

Never used them until i started boxing, now i do i feel like i was wasting my time with my previous routines. Even got my mrs a couple of 3kgs to exercise with. Theyre gruelling but no pain no gain eh!!

I did 20 reps jerks without putting down 24kg and its a killer

I like the swings all day, jerks- they have much better positioning than a dumbell for example and the snatch

Some unique movements some people do !
