1) Running from Tito while ahead on the cards, resulting in defeat
2) Losing to Felix Sturm
3) Coming in out of shape against Hop and getting KOed
4) Losing a head to head matchup against Floyd at 154

1) Running didn't cause him the defeat, corruption did. He did enough to win the fight, and none of those rounds were 10-8 rounds in Tito's favor. You don't have to fight bravely, to win, you have to win a majority of rounds, which Oscar did. Floyd "ran" more often throughout his career.
2) Close fight, at a higher weight than Floyd has ever fought.
3) Competitive fight, at a higher weight than Floyd has ever fought, against a better opponent than any of Floyd's.
4) If anything it works in Oscar's favor that he was far removed from his physical prime, as evidence by his lack of defensive sharpness against Mayorga of all people, and was still one of his most competitive opponents.

All that is secondary to the comparative accomplishments of both.

You're not smart for just going by what the record book says. Oscar got some bad decisions in some of his fights (Mosley and Trinidad), but he also got some gifts (Sturm and maybe Whitaker).
