Well if you're reason for ranking wlad above haye on a punchers list is because he simply hits harder youre not looking at p4p, otherwise the list would have no lower weight fighters because obviously they don't literally punch as hard as heavyweights

It's p4p so therefore taking into account their relative sizes haye probably hits harder than wlad, the clue is in the 'lb for lb'
