Wouldn't even be close. Alvarado by UD points around 8rds to 4, maybe even a late stoppage by Mike.

I don't think Alvarado is anything special but he beats Garcia pretty handily.

Garcia is the boxer who struggled like crazy with the likes of Ashly Theophane, Kendall Holt and Zab Judah and despite him beating Khan he was still getting the crap beaten out of him for 2 rounds before Amir got careless and knocked out.

Beating and knocking out a shot Eric Morales is hardly impressive either. Sure he's got power and there's always the possibility he can knock someone out but once you strip away everything he's a good decent boxer but nothing special.

The winner of Peterson-Matthyse beats him handily.

Garcia hurts him badly after a see saw battle, and finishes a brave Alvarado off around the 10th, in a similar fashion to how Rios did in their first fight. Garcia is underrated by a lot of people here. He's strong, durable, very consistent with his work and he hits like a mack truck with that left hook.

    Yawn.

Garcia would take Peterson to school . As for Alvarado , as a fan of both fighters I would say Garcia edges Mike in a close end to end contest winning on points.

Would you like to offer up a fight in which Garcia has previously taken a world level fighter to school ?

His last fight. Peterson is nothing special at all.

Hardly a schooling against a fighter who often bottles it on the big stage.

Judah didnt bottle it at all vs Garcia, he was just outclassed by a better fighter. A world class fighter.

so a win vs Judah deems you as world class ? He struggled vs Theophane and Holt ffs  Morales was beyond shot and to rematch him was just WOW, then Amir Khan, Bredis Prescott knocked out Khan :patsch Also Garcia did not school Judah  he won clearly yes, schooled ? behave.
