Why would he get full credit? Hatton wasn't super duper to begin with, then add the fact that he was even less of a threat at 147. Beating a guy like Hatton at a weight he was never proven at, and has never shown since that he's a true Welter...is this suppose to be awe inspiring? Of course not. What Mayweather should have done is beaten Hatton at 140, and that would be that. It could gone down as a relatively solid win where Mayweather took a little risk and went down in weight to beat his ass, but nope, instead it's a relatively solid win with question marks and no risk whatsoever.

I am a Floyd fan but that win wasn't that great. Hatton benefited from a lot of hometown fights against handpicked opposition with the benefit of crooked British judges and referees.
