Canelo isn't the PPV star and shouldn't call the shots when it comes to Floyd

At age 22, while he was coming off of his impressive one sided tko thrashing of legendary 2-time champion Genearo Hernandez(RIP)to win his first of 5-division world title belts, Floyd was defeating the likes of a very hot Angel Manfredy, who was coming off of his immediate tko win over the at the time undefeated Arturo Gatti & whom Floyd would fight a few years later, which eventually led to fights and victories over the likes of an unbeaten Diego Corrales, Jesus Chavez and Carlos Hernandez, all at 130 and highly rated at the time! And all of which, along with some other subsequent fights in btwn, were fights that made other names like Joel Casamayor, Prince Naseem Hamed and Acelino Freitas take notice and simply put wanted no part of Floyd.

And mind you he was earning no less than 1.5-2million dollars a fight at the time which wasn't bad considering that he was basically overshadowed at the time by guys like Oscar, Roy Jones Jr., Trinidad, Holyfield, Tyson, & Lewis. And pre PPV era and still fighting under Top Rank!

It's so sad to see Floyd's fans defend him till the death and constantly put up with the bs. This is going to be the highest paid athlete in sports, and he does not care to give us a big fight again.

This is the man who retired when the WW division was on fire with Margarito, Cotto, Clottey and Mosley all on the scene. After retirement, he comes out to face someone that had never fought above 135lbs in Marquez, and couldn't bother to even make weight.

This is a man who brags on fighting his opponents at their best weights to try and downplay Pac's achievements, yet fought Hatton at 147 and Cotto at 154. When Pac moved up 12lbs to face ODH and was viewed as the underdog, people just talk about how Manny drained ODH instead. The man moved up 12lbs and was picked because Oscar, and most everyone else, thought it would be an easy win for the Goldenboy. If Floyd is such a small WW, why couldn't he move down to 140 where Hatton looked halfway decent at atleast?

This is a man whose fans claim is such a small WW, yet aside from when he fought ODH, when has Floyd ever looked to be at that much of a size disadvantage? Pac get's no credit for taking on bigger men like ODH, Clottey, Cotto, and Margarito yet people try to make out like all of a sudden Guerrero is bigger then Floyd.

The *****s want to go on and on about how Pac was on something and him wanting a cutoff date and not playing into all of Floyd's demands as proof he was on PEDs. Ironic how when strong rumors start up of Floyd testing positive and settling court cases so proof doesn't get thrown out to the world, the *****s still defend this and try and tell people to come up with a credible source. The same people that believe Pac was using, because Floyd Sr said so....yeah.

It's a sad day when a boxer the caliber of Mayweather can get these huge paychecks for fighting anyone he wants too. The man somehow missed Margarito, Clottey, and Cotto when the WW divison was on fire. This man also missed out on the biggest fight in history because it would have proved to be a legitimate challenge and was scared for his health. ODH got to where he was at by fighting the best out their. Mayweather, since his moved to WW has somehow missed the most logical fights to be made. But, it's never his fault going by his crazy ass fanbase. Sad.

Canelo don't need Floyd. Floyd needed de la Hoya, but Canelo is already a huge draw. He's like JC Chavez Jr.

I agree, but there was no reason for Floyd to say no to the 24 days. Manny eventually agreed to the 14 days, but Floyd still wasn't satisfied.

    I'm not a ******* you fool!

You have no idea what the words logic and logical mean. You haven't got a clue!

Manny was labelled as a cheat, with NO proof.

    Was that reasonable?

On the back of that, Floyd demanded that Manny had to be OSDT'd up until the day of the fight?

Manny AGREED to be blood tested, but not all the way up to the fight. He wanted a cut off, but was willing to be blood tested AFTER the fight.

Then they tried to compromise on the days.

Manny wanted 30, then 24, and Floyd wouldn't budge from 14.

    Then what happened?

Manny then agreed to Floyd's 14 days, but it was no longer on the table, and he said he was taking a vacation.

You think it's reasonable for Manny to have been insulted and backed into a corner, and issued with demands, but then when he doesn't agree to them all, it's him who's been unreasonable?

Ha! You couldn't make this **** up! It's hilarious and pathetic all at the same time.

Also, if you don't agree with what Floyd did, then you're a *******? :patsch

    Ok! :good

    It's not a LIE!

Prove me wrong then. It's all there in black and white.

With 24 free days, Manny in theory, could have juiced.

But their examples don't allow for an after fight blood test.

If he'd have juiced in the last week, the after fight test would have caught him out.

That means if Floyd had've said "Ok, you can have 24 days" Manny would have had 24 days, but he'd have needed to take a break during the last week.

So in a 24 day cut off, he'd only have been able to juice for the 1st week.

    It's not hard to understand.

The only way that Manny could have juiced for a full 24 days, was if he he'd have had a 30 day or more cut off.

Then in theory, he could have done what he'd have wanted for 24 days, then had a 1 week safety net, so he wouldn't have been caught out in the after fight test.

Manny could not have cheated with a 14 day or a 24 day cut off period, that included an after fight blood test.

You can't argue with these *****s man. When Floyd Sr accuses Manny of PED use and then Pac wants a cutoff date and will give blood right after the fight it means he must be using. When Floyd takes long vacations, has a private contract with USDA, settles a lawsuit so his tests results stay private, has fighters in his gym get caught, and acts like he doesn't know what testosterone replacement is then he is innocent until proven guilty. Going by ***** logic he has never failed a test so he is clean. Pac has never failed a test either, but he must be dirty.

Ha! The crazy ****ed up world of a *****!

If Floyd stabbed someone 50 times, MVC and his boys would be on here telling us that the victim fell repeatedly on and off of the knife and it was just an accident.

Lmao. It's the same crew that invades every thread and post the same nonsense. Strong rumors of Floyd failing drug tests. Give me proof. Floyd has a private contract with USADA. So what. Floyd admits to being scared for his health against Pac. Turn it around to make it seem like Pac didn't want the fight. Fighter start testing positive in Floyds Gym. So what, that doesn't mean Floyd is doing it. Floyd fights career LW and somehow gets praise for fighting bigger men. And when all else fails, they talk about Marquez knocking out Pacquiao but ignore the fact that Floyd was scared of a midget. It's quite sad to see people this passionate about a man actually.

You've lost your way and I honestly think you may need to see someone. Since you brought it up though...when the **** were they on even ground? What demands are you referring to? Dude he should have taken the tests and refused, it looks suspicious...not sure why/how that's so difficult to digest. You throw out these generalizations but consistantly get shown to be wrong, yet you simply ignore those posts and leave the thread...you're not very good at this. You make these junior high level "zingers" then look around to make sure everybody "gets it" and is laughing with you, it's cringeworthy...please stop.

I coulda sworn Manny had a 50-50 offer on the table and didn't take it.
