HUH. Brewster had more one punch power than Frazier. I guess you missed many of his knockouts. Frazier had to grind down smaller crusier in many fights. If he had more one punch power, he would have finished his opponents earlier as opponents to pelting them round after round. Also Brewter's chin is better than Frazier's. He's taller and had better reach, and a better fight hand. Vs Wlad, the better your power and chin, the better your chances.....very few if any could out box him.
Frazier is of course a greater fighter than Wlad, but unfortunately I don't see this fight playing out well for Frazier. The fact is Foreman, who is far from a pin point puncher, was able to find Frazier with ease, and to be honest Frazier got hit quite a bit in many of his fights. I know many of you guys see Frazier chopping Wlad down, but you have to admit that for body work to take effect on a guy who is in Wlad's condition and has his size will take atleast 5 rounds. That is 5 rounds that Frazier will be guaranteed to be tasting some hard leather. Wlad has a 7in height advantage, 8in reach advantage, and 40lbs of solid muscle weight advantage.
come on, wlad shits his pants when he is put under proper pressure , not the plodding walk straight in hit me with your jab type stuff that his usual opponents do ,but frazier bobbing and ripping hooks to the body would spell doom for wlad
Why you guys think that Wlad is going to be doing more damage to an ATG Heavyweight than he does to quasi-tomato-can level of opposition is beyond me.
This is just getting worse and worse here. Are you comparing now Jimmy Young and Ali to Chagaev. And, Joe Frazier had a very good chin, that is not even debatable.
I also think Frazier would take some hard shots. But I believe he would keep coming like always does, because he has a very good chin. Not an easy fight for Frazier but I believe Frazier would get to Wlad and score a mid to late round KO.
Ali hurt Frazier too. And Ali and Foreman happens to be the only great HW fighters Frazier fought. Wlad's right hand is just as hard as that of George. But Wlad's jabs are light years better and longer than that of George. And I think Wlad's stamina is far better than Foreman.
Well that's two more than Wlad has managed :good He deploys it totally differently. The comparison is almost bizarre, Foreman is a come-forward swing em pressuer fighter with an iron chin, Wlad literally couldn't be more different, it's just non-existant analysis to bang on about this. Why? Because he faded in massive humidity in Zaire against an ATG opponent? When have we even seen Wlad fight at a tempo faster than slow? In this case, it's a matter for opinion, and you're entitled to yours, but it doesn't seem all that reasonable to me.
