    Never really go hard in sparring but I was sparring this lad the other day who is alright but can be a bit of a ***** (wearing the oldest most worn out gloves, throwing unnecessarily hard shots during technical sparring) nothing bad but just annoying. Anyway its before a fight so we are having a real hard spar and we tangle up near the ropes the coach calls break as I step back he throws a hayemaker to the body. Anyway I start backing him up to the ropes after and just bounced my hands off his head a few times, was very satisfying.
