I never really thought he was all that. The right guy on the right day to beat the way overconfident Khan and that's about it.

But then he looked very good against Zab Judah on one of his better nights. Not on the bandwagon just yet, but who knows down the road?

He'll become the king at 140. Then have some success at 147 but loses to Mayweather.

and he's more skilled than Amir Khan

Sorry, dude, I don't know what fight you were watching. He didn't look so good, he was gassing and he was hurt against a faded 35 year old.

    It's subjective, pal. That's why there's 3 judges and we don't always agree w/them.

See, the 35y/o in question was one of the better versions of himself imo, which elevates the performance of Garcia in my eyes.

He's a good boxer with alot of heart, and I think we've only seen some of it in the Judah fight. His dad is funny too and they make a great team.

His dad does the talking, his son does the walking.

before the first Morales fight I called Danny being the man at 140 on here and got laughed at! called danny killing Khan and got laughed at! now I'm calling Danny to whup Matthysse if Matthysse beats Peterson and fools are still laughing at me!

Garcias at least good in every aspect and has things you can't teach like a natural calmness and confidence and a solid chin. He will be among the top 3 fighters in his division for at least a decade, haters better get used to angel!

mark my words and see what happens.

Danny is exciting to watch....I cant imagine seeing Danny in a dull fight unless its the opponent playing keep away.

The kid is god for boxing Im all about the entertainment value of a fight now.

    Like someone said at HBO:

"Garcia is not great in anything, but he is good at everything"

I'm fan of these hard-working guys. Garcia is far from having the fastest hands, greatest chin, best reflexes or hardest punch.

But he works his ass in the gym, has heart and became at least a solid fighter competing (and winning) at world level.

I'm a fan of him. WBC, WBA and Ring Champ, props to him !
