I was thinking the same recently. Canelo and Broner seem to have similar body type.

Well I don't really care if it's been that way forever. You have a weight limit on a weightclass because it's used to protect people.

Well I agree with you it's **** boxing with it's rules, divisions and what not. But still I think it's bull**** calling a professional fighter scared of another fighter ( Not talking about you know so generallizing)

I don't have a problem with fighter weighing like 10 pounds over the limit because that's reasonable. 20 pounds however isn't.

floyd aint scared. and floyd aint stupid. floyd is gonna pick the easiest fight out there even if its less money, because less money to him is still about 30 times more than anyone else
and water weight is just that, its no advantage, anyone that thinks otherwise is kidding themselves.... chavez weighed close to 190 vs sergio....and he got the holy **** kicked out of him by the small, quick guy

and so what, its a water weight advantage..... is it fair floyd is 5 times faster than him? that his advantage.... is it canelos fault that floyd wants to hold a belt with the bigger boys but not fight the ones that are only bigger 12 hours later?

So Floyd weighs in at 150 and doesn't rehydrate at all? Did he look much smaller than Cotto? He didn't step on the scales for a reason, that's so all of you can go on about "poor lil' 150lb Floyd"...there is no way in hell Mayweather weighed 150 on fight night V Cotto, same he didn't against Marquez

It's all about stating Floyd's weight as lightest weight he could possibly be and stating the heaviest possible weight for Canelo with these *****s

He didn't step on the scales so no one knows what his actual weight was against Marquez or Cotto - we know he weight in at 146 and 151 in both those fights

Why did not your idol Floyd step on the scale if he had nothing
    to hide ?
