In Russia, it's do or die attitude. Literally, do or DIE

Hahaha! was waiting on ESB's local Euro-ho, and as expected; butt-hurt beyond reasoning. You never fail to impress Vysotsky, another one bites the dust! Just accept it :deal

A guy (a professional fighter no less) denigrates a good performance and supernatural courage that Lebedev displayed by claiming it was a one sided beat down. Yeah he deserves to be called out on it. Jones won and put in a amazing performance too.

Oh my gosh, what a fight. Jones with Comeback Fighter of the Year. I had it 7-3 in rounds for Lebedev after 10 rounds, giving Jones the 1st, 5th (what a round he had), and either the 9th or 10th. Jones at his best showed surprisingly good footwork and offensive skills, but clearly he gassed after Round 5, and spent too much time potshotting the injured eye, though it was enough to ultimately get the win. I think prime Jones clears out the 190 division, and it is a shame he has been inactive for so long. But 41 year old, chronically inactive Jones showed he still has the offensive skills, the chin, and the heart to compete at the top of 190. I just hope he takes advantage of this ENORMOUS win, and takes another fight in 6-8 months against someone else at the top of 190. He took an awful lot of punishment today, but his skills and chin deserve a title defense and another payday.

Let's not get too romantic :smoke
They weren't stopping the fight in Jones' favor in Russia.
I'm a little surprised they didn't DQ Jones

Of course you look for any comment that's negative toward one of your fallen hero's instead of just giving both guys their props (Or even Jones epic display of courage and willingness to win a fight), how foolish of me to assume otherwise. Dude, if you wanna suck off Slavic nations 24 hours a day seven days a week then find a ****ing porn site for that. But take your Nationalist favoritism elsewhere and leave ACTUAL boxing fans alone. Because lets be real, you're NOT a real boxing fan.

Its what he does when one of his eastern-euro man crushes gets thrashed, just leave him alone and let him sulk.

Jones proved to be an iron-chinned warrior, but let's not say he put on a beatdown. I had Lebedev up a few entering the 11th.

That was truly one of the most explosive and entertaining fights I've seen in a very, very long time. I just hope it won't be too long until we see Jones in the ring again. There's many exciting fights out there to be made with him. And I also hope Lebedev somehow recovers from that.

Doesn't matter if it's in the Classic or here you never miss an oppertunity to go out of your way to talk ****. Jones's chin was ungodly and his performance and fighting spirit A+, i haven't said anything to denigrate him and im a big fan of Panamanian fighters in general Marcel, Duran, Laguna, Zapata, Moreno. Not sure where your disdain comes from but i could care less. Not a boxing fan, alright.

****ing King better not hold the belt hostage and keep Jones inactive. Seeing him against the Huck/Afolabi winner or YPH is what the division needs. The winners of those fights and Wlod vs Chakhkiev need to fight eachother so we can get a lineage which has been absent for too long.

It was not a beat down... yet Jones was just the better, stronger and tougher fighter. Although Lebedev looked better in the first half of the fight. But I also belive Jones took a few round off because he knew that he never could fight 12 rounds with this high work rate and pace. I always had the feeling that Jones was in control of the fight. He always had an answer.
Also we should remember that this was not prime Jones! ESPECIALLY he had more hand speed and even a higher work rate a few years back. Jones is a tragic waste of talent. I hope he fights more often but I doubt we will see him any time soon. Just if a promoter offers enough money but I think most promoters will be too afraid.

At the end BOTH are GRAET fighters.:bbb I hope Lebedev recovers well... This exe is not looking good at all. And I doubt Lebedev will be the same if he comes back.

Exactly! I don't expect **** from King. Also, I can't see many of those guys wanting to meet Jones after this performance.
