    Good on many levels...will help big time with his conditioning "issues" if they even really exist.

    The biggest benefit is that he can stay at JMW longer. Too short to be effective at MW.
    Ariza has been helping Chavez Jr make the 160lb limit for a long time, which would be impossible for him otherwise.
