Miguel Cotto vs. James Kirkland, who wins?

Cottos weakness are high volume fighters who apply pressure . That's James Kirkland people . And the fact that Kirkland has knockout power doesn't make it any easier on Miguel . Not really a James Kirkland fan... But he has Cottos number , Despite Cotto being the more skilled boxer lets just say ill be very surprised if Cotto last longer than 10 rnds . I'll be very frighten for Miguel if this fight was ever to take place .

 

Cotto's best chance is to take him out early. If he doesn't you are looking at a worse version of his Margo beating.

 

Cotto is done but he's still too good for Kirkland. Although I could see Kirkland hurt Cotto early and finish him since Cotto is chinny too. I'd like to see this fight.

 

Kirkland's got some power, but Cotto is the far better boxer. He's got a good enough chin to take some shots from Kirkland, if necessary. Cotto T/KO.
