Name 'em. For me it's Malignaggi. Before the Cotto fight I though he was a sissyfied, guido, lady boy. In the Cotto fight he showed that he's one of the toughest fighters out there. I still consider him a guido, but he's got my respect.

    Calzaghe

After what Lacy did to Robin Reid (albeit home town ref & stoppage) I thought Joe had no chance ... After that figth I just tossed it aside that Lacy's stock was highly inflated ... THEN his ability to adapt against Kessler really showed what type of versatile fight he really is .. and all around loose fluid puncher & mover. PROPS JOE.

Now were into the Hopkins fight - i think its going to be ugly (what hopkins fight isnt) but I think we're going to see Joe take rds 1-10 and hopkins will make a weak effort of a comeback in the final 2... Scores will probably be tight tho. But i have Joe as a clear favourite .

Cotto/Malinagi was a great fight. Paulie is double tough.

I used to hack on Taylor, but after his two fights with Pavlik I'm a fan and hope he comes back strong.

Not really anybody, fighters have my respect outright until they do something to lose it. All of the guys I disrespect deserve the certain amount of disrespect for their actions and standing's, although I have respect for them as a base for being fighters anyway.

Floyd is a prime example, I respect his accomplishments and ability, don't respect him as a person and a fighter as he stands now.

    hmm.. let me see...

not much respect for pbf until the gatti fight but totally gave props to him after the hatton fight

same with bhop, until he won against tito trinidad

and JMM too, until his latest fight with pacquiao..

these future HOFs and ATGs deserve utmost respect.:respect

they've brought so much to the sport and fought like warriors to entertain us.

David Haye. Thought he was a total fraud and wanted Mormeck to expose him, but I acknowledge now he's a very good fighter and more durable than I thought he was. Also his take on anyone attitude has to be repected. Still think he is an arrogant ****er.

Charlie Zelenoff, I thought he was a fraud with a big mouth...but he's proving himself. He's also a smoker and a drinker...I respect that.

Manny PAC I used to really not like the guy for fighting with one hand and no skill...But after the JMM fight in which I beleive PAC lost but won most of boxing fans respect as a complete boxer now. Good luck to the guy his popularity will continue to win him fights.

I used to want to see the Pacman get knocked out. I thought he was a sham that would be exposed. But then after several more fights he won me over and now is in my top three favorites.

I still don't like Malignaggi much but that Cotto fight showed that he might not have a hard punch but the guy's got a lot of heart. He wore his heart on his sleeve that night. Courageous little ****er.

    i totally agree.

here i also agree. he's annoying, his style is boring, he got gift decisions.. but this comeback fight against hill was a big achievement. sure, hill also is a shadow of himself, but i didn't expect maske to deliver anything at all.

overall, there are not many fighters i disrespect. but if i do (guys like toney, hamed), they're the type of persons not to bring up a big surprise anyway, so i don't have to change my mind that often.

    Pavlik.

I thought he would get destroyed by Miranda. And then KOed by JT. He forced me to think twice.
