Khan's life would be in danger against Matthysse

    As someone said on another thread Khan can't stick to a game plan and thats what he would need to do in a fight against Matthysse.

    Ok I think Khan has got brain damage. The last few interviews he was banging on about how he hasn't got the punch resistance at 140 because he's been killing himself to make weight. Now straight after seeing Matthysse brutalize Peterson, Khan wants Lucas at 140!!

    Has he. Death wish or what? Because you know Matthysse will land and when he does Amir is in a world of trouble. The guy has already taken some hefty blows, Matthysse would likely put Khan in hospital or worse.

    Lucas would be a very very bad matchup for khan. Not seen latest fight but mattyhse composure and power means he gets to khan eventually. And when he does it will be all she wrote

    Guys I'm not trying to start an online debate here, heck I think Lucas is a bad Mofo. But I remember the same things being said about Marcos'

    Bad move for Khan to fight any of top 140 fighters, he is having trouble making 140, best is to move up to 147 and fight Alexander.

    The winner of Garcia vs Lucas will come up to 147 anyway.

    With respect, if this guy could hit Khan clean and not stop him, it says a lot about him. Khan could sneeze too close to a wall and drop himself.

    The finishing shot he landed on Peterson would've put Khan out cold. Can't quite believe Peterson actually got to his feet within the 10 count.

    Bad fight for Khan. I think Golden Boy would be happy to throw Khan in with Matthysse but I can't see Virgil Hunter been so keen, he saw up close the kind of damage Matthysse can do against Dallas & I think he'll steer Khan in a different direction
