Sun glasses are not indicative of being a thug for ****'s sake. Hip Hop is a culture that comes from the streets, and so people from that background relate to it, though that doesn't mean it's always a violent connotation. Garcia's conduct has never been anything short of humble and respectful, so for you to judge him by a pair of sunglasses says more about you than it does him.

Its how he was brought up North Phili where Danny is from and Cincinnati where Broner is from you grow up watching how people in your hood dress not watching guys in the suburbs wearing Brooks Brothers clothing (there is nothing wrong with Brooks Brothers as I think they make great suits but thats besides the point lol)
