Alexander is a homeboy and I will be pulling for him but Matthysse more than likely stops him in the middle rounds.
I think Alexander still wins it even at 147 and in a more entertaining and close fight because I believe he has the style, jab,chin as well as stamina to endure Mathysee's pressure. And mind you when these two fought a few years back it was at 140 right before Devon moved up to Welterweight while he was coming off of his technical decision loss to Bradley.
I've been wanting to see Alexander put under the fire a bit since the Bradley fight to see how he responds, If somebody use's that against him I couldn't really blame em. I think Matthysse is the best at 140 and thought he would KO Peterson last night obviously not in 3 round's, and I think he ko's Garcia in Sept. If Alexander can withstand the fire early imo it's at 50/50 fight at 147. the Garcia-Matthysse winner vs Midana-Lopez winner could also be interesting.
