Can imagine Kessler, Clev & Georgie Porgie all exchanging texts with plenty of LOL's about Frochy throwing his toys out of the pram over spargate:yep

 

Froch is just selling the fight. Nothing in it. He is a professional...
and if he loses or wins there are potential fights with both Cleverley and Groves down the line. As money happens.
He isn't a disrespectful guy, but like all boxers it's Business.

 

You really think the word 'lose' is in Froch's mindset? Froch NEVER imagines himself losing fights, hes mentally strong. so I cant imagine him thinking of future paydays if Kessler beats him...

Hes properly pissed off. & thats not me slagging Froch off, we all have our tipping points. even though Im not Frochys biggest fan, I have to admire him for his mental & physical toughness, they go hand in hand & have made him over-achieve in my opinion.

 

He is extremely determined and a hugely mentally strong guy, I agree...but he is also a very clever guy, and a realist.
I expect he will win, but I also think that he has thought past this fight win/lose that there is chance for a domestic dust up before he retires with one of these fighters.
I highly doubt he is pissed off, as it's good sparring for all parties involved aside from Froch (but no risk for him the fact Kess is sparring them), and as i said, just business.

 

Interesting thoughts my good man, & I take it on board. Having watched Fochys career unfold, & interviews with the man etc over the years, its my opinion that Frochy is 100% sure he will thrash Kessler in good old mother england, & onwards & upwards, leaving Clev & Groves trying to catch his slipstream.

Maybe its the fact that Froch has the cold hearted businessman personality being a landlord & all that that the public outside of Nottingham cant really take to him, but hey. Im no shrink, just an old skool(uncle Frank spellin) poster thinking out loud!

Cant wait for the fight though, & am picking Froch to nick it on points in an almost identical fight to the first.

But I remember Froch saying that a lot of the Calzaghe stuff in the past that he said was press releases that he was asked to sign off on.

To be fair, Hennessy got him to take a fight in a foreign country (which Froch lost on points) when it was supposed to be a deal that he would then fight Abraham in England. However, no written contract for it, so Hennessy ****ed up.
